that looks really handy for jogging, may have to look into one of those.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).

I find them very hard to job in, I have something similar, which might be good on the bike, but is too heavy to run with!

Yeah bum still hurting lol! But much better since I had hubby adjust the seat for me. I am getting the hang of the gears and am using the bike a lot to do little trips around my town such as go down to the corner store and to the post office. Better than driving down and it all adds up. I love that I have it and that I can just get off any time I like (when I don't have the kids). Getting the hang of the gears now too. Thanks for all the info it has really really helped!!
