i used the walk away the pounds ones, and my 10 minute solutions. 10 min solutions has 5 different workouts that go for 10 mins each:
i am really enjoying it and i brought it from ebay.
i ahve heard that the biggest loser workouts are really good too.

i'm looking for some more myself now! it's so efficient to be able to chuck on a dvd before i go to work in the mornings
