I have read (by two sources) that 10 minutes on the trampoline equals 30 minutes exercise. I tired it on my kids tramploine before and it is definately a workout. Really got my heart pumping and the back of my legs feel like I have been for a long walk. :D

Jumping on the tramp would be like skipping with a rope it would deffinately bring the heart rate up.

I have just layby a trampoline for christmas at the toy sale for my boy's the other month, I cant wait for christmas it has been year's since I've been on a tramp & I can't wait to do summersault's on it, if I can do them now.

hehe TRAMPOPOLINE!!

Update on exercise- have put my name down for next season's indoor soccer, not sure when that is. Am thinking of either joining a yoga class or a ballet class. My local gym has yoga classes as part of the membership but I'm not sure if I'll go down that track as the memberships are quite expensive (I had one for 3 months at the end of 2006)
