Has anyone heard of or tried this before??

I know someone with a branch of one of these and can get mates rates on their sessions, but i dunno, kinda seems like cheating and i have serious doubts as to how effective it could actually be. I know some girls who have been going and reckon its great and you really feel it the next day, like you would with a work out, but im still not convinced!! So any input would be great!

Heres the link for those who have no idea what im on about!!

Yep i've heard of them- and am going for a trial next week.

A lady whom I get kineselogy/theta done by told me about it yesterday. She swears by it. She's in her 60's and goes once a week and says the improvements are amazing. She told me about it and it sounds awesome.

So im definately going to start using it 3 times a week and do other exercises on the days im not there.

As for cheating?! LOL- no way. Your still doing a workout, why do things the traditional way all the time?

The 1st session is free anyways so just give it a go.

I went and tried it today, was sooooooo awesome! Definately give it a go!!

It was a pretty hard workout, she gave me an intermediate session as I exercise reguarly..and boy oh boy a few of the exercises really worked me hard!

Its basically like standing on a huge set of scales...and doing exercises such as:

* Lunges *Squats *Ab crunches/curls etc etc

You can pretty much do any exercise on the machine...they have a massive wall chart with all the exercises.

And the machine is vibrating the whole time, is really trippy!

After my workout I had a couple of "massages" done on the machine for my legs which was really nice. All up I was doing my workout for 1/2 hr... which equates to 1 hr and a half or something!

She was saying to me today 1 min on the machine is equivilant to 7 mins or something! Pretty cool!

I was impressed! Took me 1/2 hr to get there (as its the closest to me) but was worth the drive. Am going to keep doing it!

Nah no way, I wish I could buy one! I think they are like 16,000 or something!!!

Im just going to go 3 times per week! And hope they open up a centre down my way soon!

Im pretty sure you can buy a simular machine for home use. Isnt as good but is around $1,500 I think...

Am VERY sore today! I did have an app tonight...but being friday night the traffic is too hardcore..and didnt want to push too hard with just getting over the flu!

So my vibrogym days are gonna be Tues, Wed & Thurs :D

Yep an instructer is there to help you out :D She was saying that some people who have been there for a long time prefer to just go in and do it by themselves.

I've had 4 sessions now, and absolutely LOVE IT. Best thing ive ever done exercise wise! Am definately going to keep it up, it's so much better than normal workouts. I've always slogged it out at the gym, had personal trainers etc etc and this by far is showing me the best results- and quickly.

I am very happy with the results! Cant wait to see how my body shape improves over the coming months! :D
