my work is pretty similar - I am on phones/typing all day. So I do my exercise outside work (usually cycle to and from work or go for morning jog) but things like, walk to kitchen and get water every hour, walk to the furthest toilet/printer/fax etc, deliver messages by hand individually and so on
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
