Exercise at work

Hi everyone.

I work as a receptionist, so most of my day I am sitting at a desk.

Is there anything I can do to exercise while at work? Besides walks at lunchtime?

Any ideas would help.

you can do dips using your chair. man they hurt lol. if you are able to bring a gym ball to work and sit on that instead of your chair. try and walk around as much as you can in your office, take the stairs instead of the elevator. working in an office gives you plenty of opportunities to get at least 2 litres of water drank each day.

my work is pretty similar - I am on phones/typing all day. So I do my exercise outside work (usually cycle to and from work or go for morning jog) but things like, walk to kitchen and get water every hour, walk to the furthest toilet/printer/fax etc, deliver messages by hand individually and so on
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
