I couldnt find my dog lead today so I didnt go for a walk, when hubby got home instead I did 15min worht of excerises such as

sit ups
pelvis ones
you know the ones like crocodile snaps lol

would this have helped my weight loss at all. I wanna do this kind of stuff once or twice a week when I am having a cant be bothered day

Starting Weight 20/1/08 ~ 86kg
28/1/08 ~ 85kg
2 /2/08 ~ 84.2

Not only does it help but it would have helped to start toning too!!

Yup - Vanessa's right. These are the sort of weight/resistance exercises you need to incorporate into your routine on top of cardio etc. Good job! :)

LOL if they hurt then theyre doing something so keep it up! LOL i find that if i am out of breath, sore and can feel the blood pumping i know its doing something to help :)
