Early 90's aerobics video's

Postby HappyBella55 » Fri Aug 31, 2007 12:23 pm

Last night my big sis gave me a little gift. She gave me all her aerobics videos and her video player so I can use to get lean and fit :)

I now have:
- Elle McPherson work out video;
- Cindy Crawford work out video;
- Lots of Denise Austin ones; and
- a few Aerobic Oz Style.

You have got to imagine early 90's exercise clothing....and annoying chirpy voices.

I did the Denise Austin Fat Burner one, what a laugh :lol: . Her voice is so annoying and she repeatedly states "You can do it! You are worth it" in this annoying voice lol. Overall it was a good workout and the sweat was dripping.

They might make me laugh but boy will I have fun doing them :)

Flashback! My sister and I used to do the Denise Austen tapes. LOL - she's so... chirpy! Very annoying with all those 'you're doing great' etc. :lol:

yeah, I usually am! :lol:

Actually it's usually just when I feel like giving up and then she'll say "just two more...you're doing great!" And I get all excited like she was talking to me :roll:

it must be the endorphins doing something to my brain. :lol:

Hahah those tapes would be hilarious!! Just be careful though, some of the moves have now been deemed dangerous, so if you have any discomfort, stop doing the move ASAP!!
have fun ;)

Thanks Kate, it was a total surprise to me too. I think my sis wants me to lose the weight (she's always hinting) and I guess this is her way- woot free exercise vidz that I don't have to pay for.

Milkyway - I always get flashbacks when I watch "Flashdance" my old time fav movies - corny I know - what can I say luv the silly story line.

I have to agree with you all - silly motivational sayings. And Denise's fave line 'you're doing great, I'm so proud of you' hahaha

Thanks for the advice zeedeveelgirl I will definitely stop if something hurts.

I now know what you mean. I did the Cindy Crawford work out vid this afternoon. There was this move requiring me to throw my neck backwards and forwards at a rapid pace - supposedly to get rid of double chins lol.
