Really? I go to Body Shape... And feel so comfortable. Everyone there doesn't judge... And for some reason I feel rather at home.

hehe i know this feeling only too well. It really is wierd, society dictates that we should lose weight, yet when people see overweight or obese people exercise they belittle and ridicule them. Not necessary directly or verbally, but with the look. Im sure youve all recieved it, the "loose some weight fatso" look.

I feel ashamed to admit that before i put on weight i used to give the look.
these days when i see overwieght people exercising, i think to myself good on them. Least they are trying

I was just telling my partner yesterday, while we were both out on the bowflex, that I feel so much more comfortable training in my own home, when i am at the gym, I feel so yeah well fat, lol but in that sense, I also allow myself to get motivated
