...and to the gym!! no more excuses! my biggest fear was just getting there (i've had a free 2 week pass and a week and a half are up already without me going once :roll: figures)

took a body step class and even though i was cursing the whole way through *i'm...going...to...murder...whoever...invented...these...!!* it was kinda fun, in a weird way. thinking about trying out the mixer class tomorrow, depending on how sore i am :roll: lol

You went & enjoyed it that is all that matter... & your thinking on going back tomorrow well done. It take a couple of time's once you have settled in to really enjoy it.

the pain is actually nothing like i expected, only my calves hurt a little hehe... so going back this arvo :)... let's see if i stick to it! hehe

good on you for getting to the gym.

What type of exercise did you do before hand??
Start weight - 77kgs
Goal weight - 53kgs
Current Weight - 50.1kgs

You will find the first few time you will be sore because the muscles havent been used that way for a while & probly stretched a few muscles or liguiment's but when you are at the gym your muscles are warmed up so it wont hurt, just dont forget to stretch before & after.

When ever I change my routine at the gym I'm sore for day's, because i'm using different muscles. I alway's have a muscle recover shake or a protein bar & hot pack's or a hot bath just to help the recovery.
