After a year of cycling I've just started jogging. After the first few runs I could pretty well do 3km except the steep hill and am now fast approaching 5km non stop. Could run easily 3/4 of 7km I think too. But I am jogging maybe 1-2 times per week - my cardio is there but the musculature has to catch up - it's very different from cycling
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
