I went to the gym today in my lunch break and did 20 minutes on the eliptical.
Is it worth it only doing 20 minutes? It takes me 10 minutes to walk to the gym, a few minutes to get changed. 20 Minutes exercise, 5 minutes stretching, 5 minutes to get changed and 10 minutes to walk back. Then i need a little time to eat my lunch.
I would run but i have really bad knees, so i try to use the cross trainer cause i wont injure them.
I do about 4x40 minute cardio sesssions a week, so this would be in addition to this.
is 20 minutes worth it?
