I just have question to ask about weight training:
Should I do my cardio before a weight training sessio or after?
I have this total body work out video that goes for 40 minutes and is all strength training. My sis told me to do this first then head out for a walk after not before as I will burn more fat.
Is this true?
She said something about using glucose when doing the weight and when I go for the walk after I'll be using my fat storage for energy - is this correct??
