My husband is worred about me *awww*
I have been doing high intensity interval training (5km/h for 90secs and then 10km/h for 30secs for 20mins) each night, aswell as 3x 30 crunches, 2x 10 pushups, 2x 10 dips, 2x 10 weights per arm.
He is worried that i am doing too much, or that doing two diff types of exercise in one night is bad.
Should i be alternating nights? tready one night, other stuff another night? I dont feel i am pushing myself, but is all that kinda stuff bad for my body? like for 1 nights worth?
