Which classes?

Postby electrongirl » Fri Sep 28, 2007 10:00 am

I went and picked up the latest timetable from the place that takes money out of my bank every week but I don't visit... hehe you know where I mean.

Anyway, I havn't done any real exercise in so long I really am unsure which classes I should do. So I thought I'd post the timetable and see if you guys can make any recomendations.

Note I can only go to the ones from 5:30pm onwards.

They all sound terrific! Choose the one or two that interest you... And go for it. You have nothing to lose - except the weight!!!

I would choose fitness boxing, rotate because the classes will get your heart rate pumping cardio tone & power bar because it incorapetes weight's which is really good for weightloss.

I hate step classes i get bored of doing the same thing through the class.

Godluck just go at your own pace what ever your fitness level is & enjoy!!! Great choice with fitness boxing you will really enjoy it.

I've started off doing Body Pump classes (equivalent of Powerbar description) and am loving it. I found it a good start because it is not so 'fast paced' and I can keep up and follow the next move easier, instead of getting lost  with the 'faster' classes like step etc.

Have fun!

fitness boxing would be fun!

you've got me all excited for the gym now nikki, can't wait til i start going this week :D

i would do fitness boxing, rotate, power bar and cardio tone.. but i am a sucker for fast moving classes that are constantly challenging you and changing it up - i HATE step with a passion and i hate "boring" aerobics when you do the same stuff over and over.. i like it when they push you to your limits :)

have fun, let us know how it goes!
