a friend of mine is a really big fan of body building and has been into that sort of thing for about a year now, anyway he send me this link which i found very useful in doing exercises at home. Don't be alarmed by the graphics of buff men and such, you don't really need to go to the extent of these people, but by doing these exercises with light dumbells and such, your muscles will be much toner and stronger.
Just scroll down abit until you reach 'Section 3'. It should have a list of various exercises you can do with home gym equipment as well as instructions and even video demonstration. Enjoy
