as with foods, i just cut out junk food. no lollies, chocolate, takeaway, chips etc. I find that i dont even want it now i lost nearly 6kgs so far and alot was to do with changing my eating
I am way more sensible now, but yeah it takes like 28days to make a habit :p you'll get there.
i want to lose 19kgs and be only slightly toned too :p

As for the food... I found a really good way to make sure I don't overeat is to weigh my food out so I know that I'm getting a serving size. Also, drink water straight after you eat as it will make you feel fuller By the time you feel a little less full you will know if you are really still hungry or not.
