Well I'M starting here with my first weigh in of a successful journey I hope!
I started out as 110kg and have been on the Kate Morgan diet for 1 week.
I feel happy with my loss but also know its mostly fluid (but it still feels good).
So far so good and if I cna do 1 week i can do more so here goes....
Well week 2 has finished and I feel sooo much better. Lost another 1.3kg and 3cm off my gut!!!
Kate Morgan has been so good to stick to. I am amazed that my hunger and cravings have been so good. Had an especially stressful week this one but my eating stayed good.
Well here comes week 3........
Well this week was stressful since my little boy has to have a liver biopsy tomorrow and all the worry and planning associated with that but i still lost 600g! Was worried though because i had afew cheat days. But has motivated me to get right on track again.
