Well done really well today and heres the running telly of what i have eaten.

Breakfast: 30g Special K and 1/2 cup hilo milk (174 cals)
Snack: 60g Tomato/Onion Salsa (fresh and homemade) (40cals)
Lunch: Salad with fat free dressing and parmesan (32cals)
65g tuna in brine drained (75cals)

Depends on how you do it :P

If it's five minutes of you just laying there.. no.

If it's a good 20+ minutes of changing positions, particularly the more energetic ones (use your imagination - ie NOT just laying there!) then yes, totally! :P

Haha, dont forget some positions are really good for toning too! LOL

Good on you for getting back into it Sam, and yeah this forum seems to keep me on track too, so dont be a stranger! LOL I hate waking up hungry in the middle of the night and i hate having a drink of water cos then i'll have to go to the loo and then i'll be wide awake!! Grr

And that was very nice of Brett to say so, is he home from work?

Brett is home yay.. until next tuesday morning.
I was a really good girl today and had a pizza slice instead of Chooks. Though it was the better option. Havent felt as hungry today which is great.

Im so bad i havent posted in here about what i have been up to! Have still be very good with my eating and i think the scales will be nice to me.
Had way to much to drink on friday night and im still feeling it today.
Found out on Sat morning( still drunk mind u) that my mums dad has been diagnosed with Multiple Mylenoma (s?) (cancer) and is in hospital. We are heading over to see them in 3 weeks for xmas. Its also nan and pops 50 th wedding anniversary.

Life take so many twists and turns and it takes something like this to happen for me to open my eyes and wake up to my health. No im not obese, but if im not careful i could be. I still smoke and dont get enough exercise. Life is too short.

Don't feel bad for not posting, it sounds like you've had a lot on!! The main thing is that you've been eating well, and I'm sure the scales will reward you :D

Sorry to hear about your grandfather :( :( I hope he is okay. It definitely is a wakeup call to change your life and be healthy while you have the power to do so!!
