Welcome to the forum, I'm glad that you enjoyed the gym, if you are in pain it mean's that you have had a great workout & it's worked but dont stop just keep going. Hot baths & heat pack work to ease the pain. Welcome again to the forum everyone on here are really supportive & wonderfull people.

8 November

did a workout today, did my usual, felt real good. It was a real killer on the cross-trainer tho, It felt so hard, I just felt like stopping, but what motivated me was, a phrase I was repeating over and over again, in my head.. and it went like this "whats hard for me, is what I need to do" :) and that really helped big time... I could really feel the burn.

I am also looking at doing a pump class at least once a week, to get some weight training..I enjoy the stepper as well today, I could really feel the resistance in my thighs, and I really enjoyed feeling it... Not looking forward to lunges when I start my pump classes though  I hate lunges, but I'm gonna learn to love them.

I'm trying really hard to watch what I eat.. I have been cutting down my portions so I geuss thats a start.. I really struggle with food..and healthy is so expensive, but I'm adapting to it all. But yeah gosh food, i'm just making small changes at the moment, and it's going well.

In 7 week's time you have somthing to look forward to.

Yes I'm having a baby just found out a couple of weeks ago, but still going to stay on the forum to support everyone & it will also remind me to eat healthy & motivate me to go to the gym to exercise.

9 November
went to body pump tonight, was real good, loved it, I dreaded th lunges, man I cant wait to get better and better at that... so that was my first pump class,
5kg warmup
7kg squats
5kg chest
5kg triceps
5kg biceps
2kg shoulders
5kg back
and for my lunges I used my body-weight.
