did a workout today, did my usual, felt real good. It was a real killer on the cross-trainer tho, It felt so hard, I just felt like stopping, but what motivated me was, a phrase I was repeating over and over again, in my head.. and it went like this "whats hard for me, is what I need to do"
and that really helped big time... I could really feel the burn.
I am also looking at doing a pump class at least once a week, to get some weight training..I enjoy the stepper as well today, I could really feel the resistance in my thighs, and I really enjoyed feeling it... Not looking forward to lunges when I start my pump classes though
I hate lunges, but I'm gonna learn to love them.
I'm trying really hard to watch what I eat.. I have been cutting down my portions so I geuss thats a start.. I really struggle with food..and healthy is so expensive, but I'm adapting to it all. But yeah gosh food, i'm just making small changes at the moment, and it's going well.
