Lunch at valentines on New Years day was yummy  Had a good day actually yesterday, after we setlled our tummy's we cruised to the beach..... was awesome..

I started off well today, was watching australia'a biggest loser (old series) while eating a bowl of porridge, no sugar, low milk, then 2 hours later had an apple, drank maybe 1 litre of water, THEN i went to my in-laws we took the kids out to the pools went back to the in-laws after an afternoon of swimming!!!!!!!and scoffed up chicken nuggets, sausage rolls, and to make it worse had fish n chips....

I'm going to the gym tomorrow *big grin*

I'm happy inside still thats the main thing

This years goal

To lose 30kg, me and my partner have made a pledge to each other, which follows rewards and punishments

By the 7th of April, I have vowed to have lost 10kg, as well as falling in love with cardio (i'm not liking it at the moment)and my reward is going to be an outfit of my choice, ideally a pair of Levis, I havent worn jeans in years

By the 7th of August, I have vowed to have lost another 10kg, as well as doing laps at our local pool (I love to swim) My reward will be a tattoo, of my choice.....

By the 20th of December, I would have lost 30kg, and be a pro at RPM.... being my overall goal, I have requested my reward to be a $500 shopping spree....

when it comes to the dates of weigh in which is the 7th april/august, and we havent reached our goals, we dont get our rewards obviously, and the other person who does achieve get another reward of their choice.....

So this is real cool, I am so looking forward to the challenges..... especially doing it with my partner...30kg is alot to lose, I have some hard work in store for me..... so starting from tomorrow is where the challenges start....

Nothing like a little friendly competition! :P

Maybe you should put that list up somewhere at home where you can see it everyday, just to remind you of what you want to achieve for yourself.

Your right it will be hard work, but its so worth it, not just the material rewards but the health and physical benefits are really worth it. And we'll be here every step of the way!

Good luck, you can rock this! :D
Highest Weight - 93kgs
Current Weight - 68.3kgs
Goal Weight - 65kgs

Well thats one thing that I really love, my partner doing it as well, he doesn't have to lose weight like I do, but he does need to stop the smoking and get him a 6 pack,
Em
I have tried RPM once, boy oh boy, thats all I can say at the moment hahaha, gave my body blast....
