thanks guys! thanks so much for your support. I had a bit of a blow out this weekend :/ too many cocktails led to binge eating! not good. Im trying to forget about it and get on with the weight loss.

Well im thinkin bout gettin a personal trainer, like maybe asking for it for christmas. I need to exercise!!

i feel so weird at the moment. Part of me pats myself on the back for all this weightloss, the other part still kind of tells me i have a massively long way to go and not to get to happy too soon i dunno its so weird. Everyone in the last week as been tellin me how great i look too its kind of weird!

anyways i gots to gets movin in more ways than one :)

i would definitely recommend a PT - i've found it helps me to keep focussed between sessions & there's also the factor of not wanting to ruin the efforts that you've paid for!

well my local leisure centre has like heaps of classes and stuff, and personal training and a pool and all sorts of cool stuff. I'm thinkin of joinin, for a full time student its $747 which is pretty good considering their facilities...the PTs are cheaper when u join too.

its just im soooo budget at the moment! lol

Ok so im still exercising which is great. I feel better throughout the day. I went to bed at 10pm last night and got up at 6:40am  which was dissapointing (rather than 6am), but i still went for a 40 min walk. Yesterday i did my abs diet work out video which is strength/circuit training. Im going to alternate between the two until i can afford to re-join the gym again.

Im thinking i will hopefully before the year ends so i'll be able to use my student card and get a discount.

Eating is going well although at night i get really peckish n its hard to keep myself busy so i dont eat! i think its because i eat at about 7pm, and my family eat between 8 and 9pm so by that time i smell their food and think im hungry  so last night i ate a piece of wholemeal bread with some pickles on it. Not as bad as gorging on other things. And i started using my teeth bleach my dentist gave me (its a mouth guard with whitener stuff in it) so i cant eat for 1-2 hours while its in 8)

I also think im getting my period - already feeling lower back pain and bloatedness. I really dont want it for chrissy and new years how annoying! Especially since i want to weigh in before NY so i can see if i reached my goal of 80 or under for the NY. If i have my period it wont be an accurate result :( i usually put on between 1 and 2 kilos during the week of my period and dont change the week before then i loose it all the week after. So if i have my period i'll weigh myself the first week of January i guess.

Ok back to work hehe xxoo

hey we are near the same weight? my goal is to be in the 70s before chrissie. I haven't weighed for a while so I am unsure where I am at, but after this week (working out nearly every day) I will see how I am.

I only had about 1.5 to lose, but that was a few weeks ago....so I am unsure of my weight (and its TTOM right now)

I hope you aren't feeling too crap mate!

I recon you will be suprised at weigh in too, you might even be in the 70s :p

Sounds like you do alot of work outs :)

Thanks for the advice on walking, i just dont have much time during the day to go walking as i work till 5pm and get home after 6pm.

Look forward to hearing about your weigh in :)
[*RACHEL*]

YOU CAN DOOO IT!!!!!

[First goal: to reach 80kgs]
[Second goal: to reach 75kgs]
