Ok so im still exercising which is great. I feel better throughout the day. I went to bed at 10pm last night and got up at 6:40am
which was dissapointing (rather than 6am), but i still went for a 40 min walk. Yesterday i did my abs diet work out video which is strength/circuit training. Im going to alternate between the two until i can afford to re-join the gym again.
Im thinking i will hopefully before the year ends so i'll be able to use my student card and get a discount.
Eating is going well although at night i get really peckish n its hard to keep myself busy so i dont eat! i think its because i eat at about 7pm, and my family eat between 8 and 9pm so by that time i smell their food and think im hungry
so last night i ate a piece of wholemeal bread with some pickles on it. Not as bad as gorging on other things. And i started using my teeth bleach my dentist gave me (its a mouth guard with whitener stuff in it) so i cant eat for 1-2 hours while its in
I also think im getting my period - already feeling lower back pain and bloatedness. I really dont want it for chrissy and new years how annoying! Especially since i want to weigh in before NY so i can see if i reached my goal of 80 or under for the NY. If i have my period it wont be an accurate result
i usually put on between 1 and 2 kilos during the week of my period and dont change the week before then i loose it all the week after. So if i have my period i'll weigh myself the first week of January i guess.
