hehe i've just started my work outs again- i used to be a total gym junkie, uni made me lazy and i put on like 15kilos which ive lost most of now. I know what u mean about work, i have to get up at 6am to go for a walk in the morn and get to work by 9am, takes about an hour to drive to work, and i like to walk/jog for about an hour. I don't get home until 6:30-7pm from work so if its a night work out i'd rather do one of the videos. Theyre really great.
We must be nearing similar weights. I'm 81.5 kilos (well last week i was) so im hopeing with these work outs i'll be 79.something for NY. I'm gettin my hair done, gonna prolly wear a dress, tan myself the whole bit, i wanna look hot! hehe. And knowing that im in the 70s i think that will really make me feel good.
how weird is it, my bestfriend is 6 cms shorter than me, 10 kilos lighter and we still fit into eachothers clothes. I dunno how that works! i rekon she looks lots skinnier too. i dunno!
