I keep telling myself to get up in the morning to exercise but I just cant bring myself to it !!!

hehe i've just started my work outs again- i used to be a total gym junkie, uni made me lazy and i put on like 15kilos which ive lost most of now. I know what u mean about work, i have to get up at 6am to go for a walk in the morn and get to work by 9am, takes about an hour to drive to work, and i like to walk/jog for about an hour. I don't get home until 6:30-7pm from work so if its a night work out i'd rather do one of the videos. Theyre really great.

We must be nearing similar weights. I'm 81.5 kilos (well last week i was) so im hopeing with these work outs i'll be 79.something for NY. I'm gettin my hair done, gonna prolly wear a dress, tan myself the whole bit, i wanna look hot! hehe. And knowing that im in the 70s i think that will really make me feel good.

how weird is it, my bestfriend is 6 cms shorter than me, 10 kilos lighter and we still fit into eachothers clothes. I dunno how that works! i rekon she looks lots skinnier too. i dunno!

i just worked out my walk/job thingie is like 3.89 kms! woohoo go me! i had no idea :)

you totally have to scream at yourself to do it. I'm trying to get myself into the habit of wakeing up early coz i know when i get home from work i wont feel like getting up! two of my bestmates get up at 6 or earlier every day to go to work! they are insane. ive been a massive sleeper all my life! :P

Ive NEVER been a heavy sleeper, but recently I just cant get out of bed until 7.30 to get to work ! Lucky I work 5 mins from home :oops:

Dave leaves the house at 6 o'clock and he has to walk half of the route with me to get to the bus stop, but I've just been terribly lazy in the mornings :(

Reckon that could be my new years resolution, start walking in the morning and afternoon !

I wake at 6am everyday and get ready and leave at 7am to start work at 8am. hehe its crazy. i tried getting up earlier but i just can't. i am not a morning person :p

Blah didnt loose any this week but the bright side is...i didnt gain any! i think im getting my period anyway. Probably the weightloss from last week is enough for two weeks :)

HEHE and when ur period is gone u get to see your real weight :p i was happy to notice mine had gone down, even though during period it seemed like it hadnt :)

Yeah it started properly today. My male friend made the mistake of asking me what i feel like when i get my period hahah (he's such a cutie he even tells me im not fat when i whinge about putting on weight :))

ok so its been a while teehee. I've been away on hols etc now im back at work. Weight kind of stabalised, i put on 1.5 then lost 1 so now im an even 82 which i feel is ok for the silly season but now i gots to get back on my band wagon :)

and to you :) hey we are about the same weight now :) i think i am 81.5 or so ha ha but as it was for you its my period time now, so i hope i am actually lighter :)

are you ready to get back into everything? hehe its a bit hard after a holiday :p but you are gunna do great! you'll be 75 before you know it

LOL guys i'm glad i'm not the only one then :P i feel bloated enough to refloat the titanic :D

Any ideas for lunch? I need something that's healthy, but makes me feel like i'm eating something unhealth. I'm thinking some form of 2 minute noodles from coles :D
