Ok so now that i'm through the holiday period, i need to get myself into gear! I am gonna have some NY resolutions.
save enough mulla to get myself to europe for a contiki tour in june
be comfortable in my skin by june (gives me about 5 months to take off say 10-15 kilos)
more exercise to help me stress less!
put more time aside for uni work
i think theyre achievable. I also think writing them down is better for me so they arent just up in the air.
So i got 8 free personal trainer sessions with my dec issue of woman's health so im thinkin of callin them in, and then maybe i wont need to join a gym because they'll tell me what to do outside
