Hey you are doing heaps well, I put on 2Kgs over chrissie.


Hope you had a nice xmas and new years.
20 month old twins and a breastfed bubba. Busy mama!
Starting this time at 99.5

Ok so now that i'm through the holiday period, i need to get myself into gear! I am gonna have some NY resolutions.

:arrow: save enough mulla to get myself to europe for a contiki tour in june
:arrow: be comfortable in my skin by june (gives me about 5 months to take off say 10-15 kilos)
:arrow: stress less
:arrow: more exercise to help me stress less!
:arrow: put more time aside for uni work :P

i think theyre achievable. I also think writing them down is better for me so they arent just up in the air.

So i got 8 free personal trainer sessions with my dec issue of woman's health so im thinkin of callin them in, and then maybe i wont need to join a gym because they'll tell me what to do outside :)

ok back to work hehe xx

sounds a plan cc... lucky you getting a Europe trip :) ... think its a great idea you getting it down here... it helps me, once its set in stone here I feel as though I have to do my best to achieve it.

10/15 kilos is very 'doable' as well so no excuses ok? :wink: j/k good luck..

Lows : 78.4 Kg (20 May 2008) : 87.4 Kg (on 16 Dec in both 2009 & 2010) : 82.9 Kg (14 Apr 2011) : 87.1 Kg (4 Jul 2011) : 90.5 Kg (14 Jul 2014)
Target : 94 Kgs by 15th Jul

teehee i know!! i just need to exercise more. Thats my biggest problem. I also need to clean my room badly :/ there's another for the list :)

good luck with the resolutions!

i also got the 8 free PT sessions with the womens health mag. it's group exercise sessions outdoors though, i'm not sure i'm confident enough to go exercise in a group yet! but im thinking about it, since it IS free...

yeah me too but i checked out the website and it seems to be group PT sessions - look it up at stepintolife.com.au - still looks good but yeah im not sure about it now!
