Stacy's journey to serious hotness!!!

Postby Jellybaby » Wed Nov 21, 2007 2:17 pm

Hi everyone,

As I mentioned in my previous post I'm going to start a progress thread. So here goes.

My goals this week are to drink more water, Only have one takeaway meal this week and exercise at least 3 times this week.

Well yesterday was a good start - I had 6 glasses of water plus tea and juice, ate within my calories with calorie king, and did some boxing last night.

I'm feeling pretty good at the moment too so I hope it lasts and I had a sneak peak at the scales this morning and I was back down to 111.7kg.

Thanks for your encouragemet everyone, hopefully I stick at this one!!

Ok well yesterday went pretty well. I ate well again but didnt do any exercise.

I read something pretty cool in Womens Health & Fitness magazine I think it was that im going to try and stick to. They called it essential eating. You eat your neccessary foods like 2 seves fruit, 5 serves veg, carbs and protien from meat and low fat dairy and only after that do you eat anything else if you are hungry. Great way to get rid of the guilt of eating a treat!!!!

How is evryone else going? Do you think Im on the right track with things???

hey stacy, i think you're doing great :D sounds very sensible to only eat when you're hungry :) if you're unsure of whether you're hungry or not, maybe drink a glass of water, wait 10 minutes, and see if you're still hungry, most of the time we're actually thirsty :)
but seems like you're going great so far - keep us updated!
