hmmmm. ok so had a bit of a blow out last night, damn friends birthday dinner that was kinda sprung on me so didn't get a chance to plan my moves so to speak
so anyways went to the pancake parlour, where i had a regular stack (3 pancakes) with cream and maple syrup and a malt thickshake type drink thing (can't remember the exact name of it!!!), anyways all yummy till i started to have a bit of a sweet overload and wanted to vomit so had a few bits of the "chips" which were for the table (they were more like chunks of fried potato) just to have some savoury so that i wouldn't vomit!!!!
anyways, then i woke up at 2am this morning with the worst reflux and stomach pain i've had in over 12 months!!!! OMG, it was not good!!! so anyways after being awake for an hour trying to get the pain under control i ended up finding some panadol at the bottom of my handbag (thank god for handbags!!!) and then had to sleep sitting upright in my recliner coz when i lay down the pain came back!!!
and, just to top that all off i hopped on the scales this am (did yesterday 2) and i was 1.5kg heavier in one day
hopefully a good portion of that is fluid or other matter that will leave my body!!!
and just another topping is that when my reflux gets this bad i can't exercise coz physical exertion makes it worse, and it'll prob take a week or so to get back under control
Needless to say i have learnt my lesson!!!
