LNG86'S NEW PROGRESS THREAD - WHERE I BELONG!

Postby lng86 » Thu Nov 29, 2007 10:07 am

Hi everyone!

I'm moved into the Curvaceous and Courageous section!!! I thought it was about time...

But hopefully I don't stay here for too long - I want to join Bella and Madeline etc shortly!!!

I'm starting a fresh thread because now I'm in the 80's! Woo hoo!

I hope everyone has a fantastic Thursday... And I'll comment properly a little bit later.

-Lauren.

Thanks Helen! You're so sweet.

Went to the gym this morning as I have my training session. It was awesome!!! I worked my *little* butt off!!!

I have made some new commitments to myself - as during the Christmas period the average person puts on between 3-6kg. I'm not going to settle for average!!!

My commitments:

- To be <85kg for Christmas

- To go to the gym on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 7:00am - 8:30am

- At each gym session to do 60 minutes cardio and 30 minutes weights

- Additionally: To do another activity during the week OR go to the gym for an extra session.

THERE WE GO!!!

It's almost the weekend... Yippee!!!

Good on you for not settling for average ! I think your goal to be less than 85kgs is completely do able ! I've set a goal to be 190kgs by Xmas.

You're workouts sound great and it looks like you've taken the time to plan your exercise sessions, which is really commendable :)

Have you got any rewards in mind for once you reach your goals ?

Thanks for all of your comments! They make my day even better!!!

Had a wonderful weekend.

Saw Beowulf gold class with Jye on Friday night. It was ok!

Saturday night I had Jye's work mate's birthday party. It was a cocktail party... And I was nervous! It was a black and white themed event... So I wore a nice black dress. My brother's girlfriend helped do my hair and make up also. My overall aim was to look elegant - but hot!

I haven't been properly dressed up in ages... Which is why my brother's gf helped! I was determined to look my best. I know this will sound corny... But I felt gorgeous. Absolutely beautiful! It was the first time that I have truly acknowledged my weight loss! I was 32kg lighter - and damn proud!!!

Jye said I looked really good. He kept the compliments flowing all night (along with his drinks!!!). Jye said that I was the prettiest and sexiest girl at the party  . We went out to Manly afterwards - and he whispered in my ear at a club we were at that I looked beautiful and that how much my hard work and dedication has paid off. Aww!!!

We went to Palm Beach on Sunday for a picnic! It was gorgeous... But now I am terribly burnt on my face (silly me!). I look like a tomato... With sunglasses marks!!! I've been getting lectured all morning at work... Haha. The clients say that if I can tell them what to do - they can boss me around!

Overall, though, it was a great weekend. This week is terribly busy with work - as I am covering another girls shifts (she is going on a cruise). I'll be dead by the end of it... But will hopefully weigh a lot lighter!!!

I think my weight loss is having a bit of a slump... But I'm pushing through!!! I'm more determined than ever.

HAVE A GREAT DAY EVERYONE :D

Hi lauren,

like helen, me to was sitting reading your post with a big grin on my face.... I love what you have planned out, it's always good to have a plan, something that i should do actually  but I really felt encouraged by the confidence in you..
But I felt gorgeous. Absolutely beautiful! It was the first time that I have truly acknowledged my weight loss! I was 32kg lighter - and damn proud!!!
Hell yeah, 32kg, that is just AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME, no doubt alot of hard work went into that, as I am trying to lose 30 kg's, it's not easy ay.....I know that as women we can be very hard on ourselves, for me, I need to be alot more positive and really appreciate where I am right now, cause that appreciation of the moment is whats going to take us to that other level,.....that quote above was an encouragment to me, in it's own way...Thanks for sharing

Good luck with everything, :D
