Ok, I have decided to start all over again from fresh.
I will be rejoining Weight Watchers on Saturday so I don't have an official starting weight as yet.
I have removed my ticker as I am unsure of my weight currently.
From tomorrow I will be following WW by myself. I will also be trying to get at least 30mins of exercise per day.
Yesterday I went to Target and bought some of these knee-length dress shorts to wear to work so I can go for a walk on my lunch break without getting too hot in pants and I don't like walking in skirts.
I will be eating within my points.
I am so mad at myself that I have gained all that I have lost.
But I am ready to get back on the horse and kick butt!
Have you maybe tryed getting on Calorie king and adding the cals yourself? I personally find WW to be confusing.
If you need a mentor(s?) im always here and i dont live far away.
I can kick your butt.. hehe
Aww bugger, Nikki I guess I'm lucky that walking doesn't really do much for me anymore, I just do it to get out of the office and for a bit extra, so I don't really sweat a lot. Flies are annoying for sure - Aeroguard!!!
