Hope you are feeling better Nikki - nothing worse then being under the weather and having to diet at the same time. I know that when I am feeling yuk I like to induldge in the forbidden food category (chocolate, fast food and more chocolate).

Did I tell you that I go a pandora as well? I have 4 charms (all gifts from work) but am having problems with the fastener. You either need to be a contortionist(SP) or have a person around with really strong fingernails. I cannot get it undone. Any suggestions???

I suggested in my weigh in post about going for a walk - are you in? Motivation, motivation, motivation!!!!

hey Michelle,

I have been a bit off track here lately. I had my implanon taken out last week and my hormones have been playing havoc with me!! Have had the worst TTOM EVER!

So not too optimistic about my weight right now, have been eating everything in sight.

I am hoping to get back on track once my body settles down!!

Hay Nikki - had my weigh in on Tuesday and astounded myself by losing 0.5kg - I honestly thought that I would gain - shock to me.

This week has been really hard - I am entering TTOM and have been craving carbs and chocolate, so I indulged in a bowl of pasta with parmesan cheese and chocolate - umm marrrrr. But I look at it in the way that if I want something then I will have it - this diet is unfortunately for life for me.

Anyway fingers crossed for a loss this coming Tues.

I agree with what is being said - stick with it - and you know that I am here (and only live practically down the road from you) if you want to talk or walk.

Take care
Michelle

Thanks for all your thoughts people!

I am doing so much better at the moment, except for my dieting!! hehe

I am back to normal with my hormones and actually feel better than I have in a Loooong time. I am giving my body a break from chemical contraception at the moment and we are using condoms at the moment.

They are a pain but I need to give my body a break I think.

I have been really busy with so much stuff that Weight watchers has really suffered. I havn't been to a meeting in about 3 weeks. I have no idea how much I weigh. I don't think I have gained anything major as my clothes all feel the same.

BUT I have to get back on track or I will be back to where I was in January.

So I have to focus!!

Everything else is going really well. Still planning the big move.. not so scared anymore, just excited and impatient!

Hope everyone else is doing well!

Glad to hear your hormones have sorted themselves out. Good luck with getting back into the swing of dieting! I'm sure once you start attending your WW meetings again your motivation will come flooding back. :D
