Sammie's now on Xndo

Postby Rustie » Wed Dec 05, 2007 12:36 am

Thought I would start a new thread seeing as im going into the second stage in my weightloss journey.
Xndo is through the Amcal chemist.
Its probably like the Tony Ferguson diet but im trying this one. Virtually you drink the shake once a day or twice if your really good. You dont have to if you dont want to. The guide is writing down everything you eat. Veges and stuff you can eat how much you like. There is also fizzy stuff it help with the cravings.
My consultant is good and very encouraging and I will meet with her once a week on a Tuesday. She expects 0.5kg per week.
Cost was cheap to join and the sachets are not to expensive either.
Todays Stats where;

Weight 78kgs
Waist 93cms
Hips 107cms
Body Fat will be done next week cause the machine wasnt working.

I need all the push in the world, so everything you guys say will help so much. Im 22 and think its now or never to do something about my life style.

Next weigh in is 11th Dec at 9.30

I now know that the trick to weightloss is dedication and willpower.
Its about saying no to things that you would love to eat but know in your heart that its not good for you.

Today i have eaten
Xndo Chocolate shake for breakfast.
1 Piece of Monkey Crunch Mixed nuts
Turkey (97%ff) and smoked ham (97%ff) with tomato and lettuce in a wrap. Added 2 teaspoons of sweet mustard pickles.
3 Olives

Will workout the cals tonight after i have had dinner.

Great idea. I should be doing the same as I'm coming up to one of my busiest periods of the year!
