Today i have eaten
Xndo Chocolate shake for breakfast.
1 Piece of Monkey Crunch Mixed nuts
Turkey (97%ff) and smoked ham (97%ff) with tomato and lettuce in a wrap. Added 2 teaspoons of sweet mustard pickles.
Will workout the cals tonight after i have had dinner.
