I have worked out that sundays are my day off. With being good all week I feel that 1 day i can eat what i crave! (in moderation though) so i dont count cals on Sundays. This is what is in the Body for Life book aswell.

So today Monday

Breakfast
1/2 Xndo
peice of wholemeal toast

Lunch
Chicken and salad with an egg

Dinner
Lasange
and can coke

Cals for today where 1340.

I get weighed tomorrow so fingers crossed that i have lost a some.
Im really not fussed with how much just a little is good enough for me.

Concidering the alcohol i drank over the weekend was the same cals as a whole day of eating, i think i went ok.
Im proud of myself with every loss. This week Bretty isnt home so i think i will do quiet well. A little more exercise and i will be on my way to losing more weight.

Poor ol me over xmas has put on 1kg. But Next year is my year. Have made a promise to myself to eat better and lose the extra weight i am carrying.
Bought some 4,3,2,1 Slim and detox to help my body along after the abuse it has suffered.
Also trying to be more organised so that I save money on the shopping bill and there is no waste.
http://www.woolworths.com.au
i can do all my planning and print it off. Do the shopping and then thats it. If i dont have something then bad luck until next week. Im sure i will slowly learn to not wast food and to eat the salad in the fridge even if i dont really want to.

Best wishes for the New Year everyone X
