First weigh-in this morning. 89.8Kgs thats about 3kilos Im very Happy. My boyfriend pointed out that my second chin has shrunk.
Ok so thats how im doing. I will go for ride after work today.

One of my co-workers has given me a cold so bring on the codral.
Didn't think it wise to walk for half an hour half breathing so I just took the dog, Kitten and boyfriend to the park and we all played around for 20 mins or so. It was fun.
Excellent news though, Already I am feeling a difference in my work pants and andy(bf) said that my belly looks smaller.
And its only been a week! If that!
Drank less water today but I wasnt working as hard. I have a HUGE day again at work tomorrow, THEN A DAY OFF YAY!!!!!! My first one in about 10 days.
Off to bed now taken my drowsy codrals night night.
