while i enjoy exercising for the sake of exercising, i like to be able to see progress and also to feel like i'm 'achieving'. the PT seems the way to do this and to see progress - things like lifting heavier weights & boxing for longer.
i'm excited and i'm nervous - i hate the thought of being back to where i was when i first started with the trainer but i need to face up to it & move on.
