and i'm just going for a trim at the moment - i'm not game to go the whole way with a new hairdresser (so to speak!) on the first visit
that was the only part of my pledge i didn't uphold this week - but i have found one i think looks nice nearby so i'm going to call before lunchtime today
i think i did well with the pledge this week but now i need some better self control all around - had an engagement party on sat arvo that was a bbq - i did really well - 1.5 sausages, salad, one slice of garlic bread & a small piece of cake. i also had 2 beers & a glass of that jewell champers (nice!). that would have all been okay if i didn't go off to the rugby where it seemed like a good idea to have another couple of beers & then go off for a mexican feast of frozen strawberry margharitas (a couple of jugs between 3 of us), a main - plus dessert!! eeep. i felt soooooooo sick after dinner
i shoulda stopped before dessert!
also - my last 20 mins of exercise for the week was from housework/chores. whilst i think it all counts, i would have preferred it to be an aerobic exercise rather than just a calorie burning one (if that makes sense!!)
anyways, this is a new week. so it's time for a new pledge!
week two pledges:
1. cereal 3/7 mornings
2. 220 minutes of exercise
3. to not exceed a total of 1500 calories on 5/7 days
i've dropped water because i just drink my 2l without any problems - it's the other things that challenge me
