hiya sweets,
popping in to say hiya.. hope you've been doing well. Haircut sounds great! I totally relate to the feeling frumpy thing. Booked in for haircut in a couple of weeks, saw my hairdresser last week and she straight away noticed i'd lost weight and is excited to work out a new cut for me..ooooooo.
keep smiling!
hugs, LC.

that's so cool LC - do you have any idea what she has planned for you??

okay new goals/pledges for this week, starting yesterday:

7/7 days recording my cals
220 mins of exercise (will put this up again next week)
7/7 days between 1400-1700 cals

i think that saying i can only have 1500 cals (no more, no less) is pretty unrealistic for me & i always end up feeling a bit like a failure if i don't make the target. clearly trying to stick to it has not been working because i'm just not losing the weight - whether that's because of the amount of calories or because i'm rebelling against such a strict target and eating more or less, i'm not entirely sure.

day 1 (tues)
1/7 days recording cals
20/220 mins exercise
1/7 days between 1400-1700 cals (1618)

i actually used my weights at home last night - first time since we moved (will be 3 weeks on fri). bout time!

2/7 days between 1400-1700 cals (1622)

hi all

thanks for the comments & for stopping by to see how i'm going!

i'm still on my self-enforced hiatus - things got way worse but now seem to be getting better. i'm starting again - actually today is day 4.

i remain over 91 so until i get back under that number i won't be back fulltime because i actually plan to stick to this pledge (makes for a positive change). BUT - i hope to be back two weeks from today.

hope you're all doing well - i still read the forum & it certainly sounds like everyone is zooming along :)

take care.
