hey guys - doing fairly bad at the moment.

no working out for the past 2wks not even for 20mins. I have been eating alright still, trying hard to drink water but failing. I am back up to 80. something, as that keeps changing too. I dunno what is goin on.

Today i feel very sore in my head, really bad headache, the whole head. I feel like i havent had sleep for the past week, even though i get about 7hrs a night. I am dizzy as well. :( its really unfair and i dunno what it is.

Having a pretty crap day at work, because of how i feel, it affects everything.

I cannot wait to go home. Only 4.5hrs to go.

Will try to workout tonite, but i bet i won't, its how its been lately...and i have been too busy to get on here at nights like i use to...so i have been neglecting everyone :( what a horrid day

So sorry you've been having a crap week, Rachel. If you have a really bad headache it might be best to give yourself a night off exercise and have a nice bath then go to bed early. I know that you haven't exercised for the last two weeks, but feeling well is more important than pushing yourself when you're feeling under the weather. Have you taken asprin or a panadol for the pain?

Have you cut down on caffeine or anything else that could be causing this headache? Could it be your sinuses? If it continues I'd go see your doctor. Especially if the dizziness gets worse.

I hope you feel better soon. It's always such a bummer when something like this happens to disrupt your motivation. Hang in there!

Hey chicky,

Hope you start feelin better soon, sounds like you're goin thru a pretty yuck patch.

Although you haven't excercised in a little while, you've kept the good eating up, which is really good.

Anything else I would say has already been said so Ill keep on goin, but I hope you'r ok

Today is much better than the other days of this week.

I was attempting to workout last night, and was trying this new things the hubby and i read about to do with HIIT.

You use all your effort and go as fast as you can for 30secs and then rest completely for 1min (no moving), and then do 30secs full effort again, and do this for about 4mins to begin with.

I only got through 2 lots of the 30secs and nearly died! ha ha apparently its meant to be a good way of shocking your body into burning fat, there are a heap of websites and articles and stuff about it online.

I am feeling a tad headachy today but not as bad, and my eyes feel like i havent slept for days (as in the stinging) but I went to bed before 11 last night, which gave me over 7hrs sleep.

I think my moods are going at 150% atm, i reckon its cos i came off the pill about 1mth ago. I dunno. I got really cut at a few things yesterday things that were not even big things ha ha and then last night i cried over a charmed episode ha ha but yeah i think all moods and stuff are amplified due to it being tom in about 1wk and 2days.

Will try a workout again tonite.

That high intensity interval training sounds really interesting. I'm definitely going to read up on it. Thanks for the tip!

Are you on any multivitamins at the moment? I was watching 'You are what you eat' last night and the woman on there had worse than usual PMS because she was lacking in magnesium. I find Berocca definitely helps my TOTM pass more easily so if you're not taking any multivitamins maybe that could help?

Is there air particularly dry in the room you're in this afternoon? Could there be fumes that are causing your sore eyes and nausea?

I think a trip to the doctor may be in order. Even if it's just for our peace of mind.
