Well I am turning over a new leaf.
I have decided to once again workout and eat better. I have been overeating alot lately, cos of ttom. But I am needing to stop that now. I am also not worried about working out now, as i believe its ttom (and i was thinking i was preg).
I am going to do my 5mins HIIT (extreme) 3 nights of the week, Monday, Wednesday, Friday and do the kalisthenics on Tuesday and Thursday. I barely managed 4mins of the HIIT the 1st time i tried it. I nearly died!!! But its meant to be really good
Like shocking your body :p and then it burns fat for like 24hrs
I am enjoying my fruit salads for morning tea. I had watermelon, rockmelon and pineapple today and it was lovely. I cut the fruit myself so its all fresh
I have no idea what my weight is atm. Last I checked I had gained 500grams and was back at 80kgs.
My next goal is: to be 75 by April. So I have 2months to lose 5kgs. Is that possible? I think I lost 10kgs in 4-5months so maybe it is
I want to put on my wedding dress on 22 April (my anniversary) and have it fit me
