How exciting to see all of your achievements to date. I have started the meditrim diet which to be honest I'm not that keen on but it works. The milkshakes are ok but I would prefer to learn to eat real food in their place. i thought I should book an appointment with a dietician? I have kept the weight on after having my 2 children (first one born 7 seven years and the second 4 years ago) I am now the same size as I was when pregnant! This week I have started exercising by walking twice a day, doing 2x10 minute belly and dance aerobics and gardening. The kilo's are coming off fast, but I admit I feel exhausted tonight. Big challenge will be Christmas with all the trimmings! Best wishes to all of you for the holidays.
