I'm cursed I did my washing (being the first sunny day in around a week) and washed every single one of my 4 bras (2 sports ones) and what happens.... A STORM out of nowhere. We needed to go to Hardly Normal and I told andy it is 10 mins down the rd there is no way we are driving (yay me) and we are standing in the shop we look out side and BAM a torrential downfall. So after walking home in the rain We realised the car windows were down (it was hot and i didnt want the car to be too hot if we went out later) so our car is drenched and one of my fave books is ruined (it was on the front seat of the car) nd my class starts in 20 mins from now so there is no time to dry my bra and drive to the gym(the drive alone is 15 mins).

WHAT THE...? I swear the universe is challenging me to get to the gym. I think im gunna cry.

I got a 20 mins walk in anyhoo. I WILL do my crunches and upper body weights tonight.

ok I have weighed in. i am back up to 87.5 Kgs but i have lost 1.5 cm from my chest 0.5 cm from my waist 1 cm from my hips and 3 cm from my thight since i last recorded my weigh in and measurements. Thank you housekeeping!!! I am getting my eating under control and this week I am going to start a weekly pledge and if i keep it I will reward myself (dont know how yet but I will).

This week i pledge to;

Go to the gym 4 days of 7.
Eat weet-bix for breakfast 7 days of 7.
Record my calorie intake 7 days of 7.
Drink 2 ltres of water 7 days of 7.
To do 10 mins free weights and 10 mins of abs 5 days of 7.
And finally to stop buying the little easter eggs at the checkout and to stop eating the biscuits on the cart at work(I didnt eat them for over a year I had been sooooo good *slaps hand*).

Also I am going to hopefully start working on the starter essay for Oten yr 11 and 12 and start getting my life back in order and finish something for once. I realised I am a quitter and I am THE ONLY one that can change that.

I will reach my goal weight this year. I just have to stop donkeying around!

good luck with the pledges! Those little easter eggs are low in calories for one little treat, but high if you have em every day! Maybe make it a weekly or fortnightly or even monthly treat you can look forward to? I used to always have a treat on Mondays because I felt I needed it to get through the day! but whatever works with you :)

congrats on the cm loss as well! that's heaps more important than the scales!
