Weighed myself this morning and back down to 69kgs, very happy with that.Have found keeping my eating under control so much easier with the warmer weather we've been having and working hard at the gym.

Staying away from booze during the week too...hard but it has to be done :(

I know what you mean about it being hard to stay away from booze during the week! I've noticed that the less I have it the less I crave it, though. Hopefully that means it'll get easier as time goes by!

Congrats on getting down to 69kg. That's incredible work! You're doing really well. Well done, Jane!

Put in a killer few days at the gym, step and pump last night and combat this morning.

Have stayed away from the booze this week like I planned to...you're so right! the less you have it the less importance you put in it and less you crave it. Strange.

I would be totally lying if I told you I wasn't having a glass of wine right about now...busted :P

Really struggling with the food and drink thing, so today decided to go back to calorie counting to help get me back on track.

Having my weetybix and herby tea at the moment and got combat and pump later on this morning.

I think Ill treat myself to a sauna after gym this morning :)

Sauna sounds grand - especially after that exercise double hit.

I'm sorry to hear about your pops passing away :( Hope 2009 is much better for you. And well done for reaching the 25kg mark. One of my dogs weighs 25kgs so it's easy for me to visualise it as a separate object. You must feel like a different person :)

Keep up the good work and best of luck with your challenge.
Just keep moving! And don't be lazy...

Sauna did go down a treat the other day :)

Been thrashing the excercise this week and my buns are saying no more pretty please hehe, so gunna have tomorrow off excercise, mabye just do a bit of yoga on the wii and a bit of cleaning up around the house before work.

Did combat tonight which was good, got all the bugs out.

Being a bit bad tonight, got a mini champagne bottle in a chrissie present and having that before bed. Was stunned when I read the label and found out that this teensy little bottle contains 1.7 drinks!

Hi Jane! Just read through your progress and I'm so glad that you've come back and more determined than ever! I take my hat off to you with your determination at the gym - I wish I had that kind of want/need to go to the gym! I hate it though and even though it's a 10 minute bike ride away, I can't seem to ever get there! You're awesome! Keep it up :)
