Well today I started getting into exercise. Me and my partner started off with taking the dogs for a walk, just around the block. It wasnt very far but its a start. We then went down to the gym and I did 5 minutes on the t. mill, 10 minutes on the bikes and 5 minutes on the Cross trainer. I felt so unfit. I use to be able to work out of an hour easily, without feeling like I was dying. Today after just 10 minutes on the bikes I was ready to go home. I didnt realise how far I have let myself go. Hopefully tomorrow will be easier.
You can do it Mandy. Maybe for the time being, set yourself little goals to break - like maybe add one minute to each of your exercises (11 mins on bike, 6 mins on treadmill, 6 mins on x trainer) each week and before you know it you will be exercising for a lot longer
Any excercise is better than no excercise right? you should be proud of yourself for making a start, over time the amount of excercise you are capable of doing will increase alot, i often get down hearted because i cant put on my runners and go for a long jog, but one day with perseverence i will be able to it just takes time
