Hi everyone, sorry I haven't posted for ages. My PC is getting fixed and won't be working till Friday. So right now I'm on the library computer. I'm still smoking and gave up on quitting. Right now things are very stressful and I can only focus on one thing at a time. I had a Doctor's appointment last Monday with my doctor and the best news is my blood sugar levels are back to normal. My cholestrol levels are slowly going down. I got appointment in about 3 weeks time and I need to lose around 3 to 4 kgs. Hubby brought me my fav chips last weekend and I didn't like them at all and made me sick. Must show my taste in food has changed. I feel so good and proud of myself right now. I haven't exactically had a great week with eating. I had 3 lots of take aways and feel guilty about it. But I been eating better though!!! :D

That's terrific news, Rochelle! About your health and not liking chips, not about the computer being broken of course!

You're doing brilliantly. It's great that your taste in food has changed so much. I hope your computer is back and working fine on Friday.

Yay you!

Well I'm finally up and running with my computer. Since I haven't been online since over a week now. I haven't kept to the diet. Since I realised I need support to lose my weight and this forum. I been eating alot of take away and crap. I haven't been exercising much either. I need to be posting in here often to keep on the wagon.

This is what I have eaten so far:

Breakfast: corn flakes and skim milk

Snack: Twisties

Lunch: Jam sandwich and chicken drumsticks

Dinner: Chicken burger

This give you estimate on what I been eating like since my computer been broken. Not good hey. I'm thinking of doing CS to kick start weightloss again but I have to wait till Wednesday since we get paid then.

Welcome back :D I was just saying maybe my problem for my lack of motiviation is I dont come on here often enough, and then I read your post basically saying the same thing lol.

I usually dont think this way lol, but tonight I am feeling in a positive mood, so my advice to you is Tommorrow is a new day. Try and forget the past week and work alittle extra hard this coming week and hopefully you will either stay the same weight or lose a little.

Today I went to the shops and brought the CS shakes so I can start them tomorrow morning. I weighed myself when I got them and it says I'm 120kg!!!! :o I'm not happy at all. I diffently need to get back on the wagon. I think I might do the shakes till I see my doctor for the official weigh in.

I didn't do any exercise because I done alot of walking today. Which I worked out it all up to 30 minutes. So I'm happy with that.

The walking is a good start. Hopefully now your on the shakes you will be able to regain some balance and set up some good patterns for you to follow. Good luck

Well I had a pretty good day on the CS diet despite the taxi didn't come to pick us up to go see our daughter. Rude so and so. I didn't do any exercise since I didn't have any energy today. Been going to the toilet alot due with drinking more water. :D So that a good thing.

What I ate:

Breakfast: Coffee, 1 tsp equal sugar and dash skim milk
1x CS shake

Snack: 1x apple

Lunch: 1x CS shake

Snack: 1x peanut butter sandwich (lite) and honey on
2 slices of white bread. ( I know i shouldn't had
that I just needed some more energy)

Dinner: 1x stirloin steak
Vegges

I think I did pretty well today despite my afternoon snack. I think I need to look at something that gives energy.

Nothing to report today just been doing housework today. Hubby been painting the spare room we were going to use for the girl's room. But we just put a transfer form into Homeswest so we can move towards mum so we can be near Amber. Which mean we busy getting this place back in order so we can get the all clear. I did pretty well today. I stuck to the shakes and the allowable snacks and didn't feel hungry at all. I just very lethargic and got a headache. Wondering if it a good thing.

Awesome on starting the shakes, I also did CS for a while and lost 4-5 Kgs for the month or so i did it.

You get a bit like that in the first week or so its called ketosis or something. like a detox.

You are doing well keep it up
