Well I've reset my ticker, my weight over the past couple of months has yo yo'd. Basically I did well (5 kg loss) and then put it back on again..
Plus a little extra
So I've made myself a mini goal, I'm going away on June 21st for an overnight shopping spree in sydney to all the Factory outlets....
So I'm determined to drop 2 dress sizes so I can buy myself a new wardrobe or two
Today I was really good.
Thai Beef salad with extra trim heartsmart beef. Shrunk the portion size down.
Water - 1.5L.
I skipped Breakfast though...Eek.
I've also decided to go back on Jenny Craig.
Even though it's a little pricey I know it works because I've had success before.
So from tonight onward I'm eating Jenny meals..
