Carlee's Tracking Thread!

Postby carls » Thu Jan 17, 2008 9:47 am

I have decided to start a thread to keep track of my hopeful weightloss!

I have been doing the weight watchers points program for a week now, and have been seriously excercising.

TONIGHT is my first weigh in!

Fantastic Carls! That is a huge amount to lose in a week. The normal amount people lose is between 0.5 and 1kg. So well done!

today has been the worst day ever. (personal reasons)

i had hungry jacks for dinner, as i had eaten nothing all day, so i'll think i'll still be under points, but i have decided tomorrow is a fresh day!

thanks!

i usually run for say, 5mins and then i have a little break, then another 5 mins.

but today at the gym, one of the personal trainers was running next to me and we started talking and he said that you need to run until you are really tired and cant go any further, he mentioned that if you decide in your head that you are going to run 5mins, as soon as you get to that 5 mins, your body starts feeling really tired... so, today i tried out his theory and it worked!

hurrah!
