Things have been a bit out of whack the last couple of weeks, have been working full time as trying to save for a trip to London next year, so the exercise has gone out the window a bit and have had a bad couple of days when it comes to diet, ate so many chips at work last night, couldn't seem to stop myself. Got weighed today none the less and managed to lose 1.3 kg this week, taking my total loss to 14.9kg. So have nearly lost 15 kg!!! And I am just 0.6kg away from being in the 80's. Hoping to lose that 0.6 this coming week. :) :) :)

Wow Sal! 15kgs is amazing, you're doing so well! Congratulation on almost being in the 80's too, that's a huge milestone and you'll feel great when you get there. I'm sure you're going to look fantastic for your trip next year!

Wow you have lost ~ 1/3 of your total now. That is really impressive. I think you need to remind yourself just how brilliantly you have done to get this far, and pick up the ball and run with it. The money isn't the only thing that counts for your trip - a bit less weight and you'll feel a million dollars. :D

Hey there! It is a long while since I have been here  Had somewhat of a hiccup with my weight loss over Christmas & New Years. Lost a bit, gained it back and more  . Anyway I have put that behind me and am now back on track. Have lost a total of 2.6 kgs over the last 2 weeks and am now down to 88 kgs! Have lost 17.5kgs overall, very close to 20 kgs lost. Am all motivated again to get to that 20kg goal, only 2.5kg to go! :D Hope everyone else is doing well

Hi Sal!

Nice to see you around again :)

Well done on putting everything behind you and getting back on track. 88kgs is an excellent result, you'll be at your 20kg goal in no time!
