Week 1 (27/4/08), Day 1
B- 2 wheetbix,1c skim milk, 1 banana, cup of tea (3.5pts)
L- steak, salad, fat free salad dressing (3pts)
D- Bowl chicken and vegetable soup, corn cob, salad & dressing (5.5pts)
S- 1c skim milk, 1 tbsp honey, granny smith green apple, Milkyway Strawberry Surprise x 2 (6.5pts)

Total = 18.5pts
Exercise= 40 minutes moderate walk

Day 2
B- 1 serve wholemeal bread, 4 slices tomato, reduced fat cheese,banana, cup of tea (4pts)
L- Chicken, avocado, cheese, lettuce, tomato wholemeal sandwich, cup of tea (6pts)
D- 1 serve chili con carne, salad & dressing (7pts)
S- 1c skim milk, 1 tbsp honey, granny smith green apple, 200g WW Peach Diet yogurt (3pts)

Total = 20pts
Exercise= 30 minutes moderate walk, 10 minute solution DVD

Day 3
B- Banana toasty sandwich (4 pts), 1 cup coffee
L- Avocado, chicken & cheese toasty, side salad (6.5pts)
D- Healthy Choice Honey Sesame Chicken, side salad (5pts)
S- 2c skim milk & honey, apple (4pts)

Total = 19.5pts
Exercise= 40 minutes moderate walk

Day 4
B- Bran, skim milk, banana, 2 slices wholemeal bread with devondale butter (6pts)
L- Continental cup a soup, side serve frozen vegetables (3.5pts)
D- 50g oven potato gems, 100g chicken thigh fillet, 1 cup steamed vegetables, 40g fat reduced vanilla ice-cream (pts7.5)
S- Wholemeal bread roll with cheese & vegimite, 1c skim milk & honey (4.5pts)

Total = 21.5pts
Exercise = 50minute moderate walk

Went over my points on day 4, by consuming the potato gems.

Day 4
B- Bran, skim milk, banana, 2 slices wholemeal bread with devondale butter (6pts)
L- Baked beans, 1 cup steamed vegetables, 1 slice swiss cheese (4pts)
D- Beef stir fry, side salad (3pts)
S- 1c skim milk & honey, 3 corn thins with reduce fat cheese & vegimite, apple (6pts)

Total = 19pts
Exercise = 20 minutes walk.

Today was really hard. I had to push myself to go for a walk.

I am enjoying the walking. It has helped me with my weight loss this week. I lost 700gs.

Weight Watchers is very easy to do.

I don't attend the meetings. I have the Supermarket and Points booklets & track my points.

have you thought about joining online? I am tossing up the idea. I tried it last year and failed very very badly but am pumped to try it again. still thinking about it though...

Hey Lillyanne big congrats on being April slimmers of the month for %. You're doing really well, you should be so proud of your achievements, as am I too!!

I second the comment above sweets.

Woo hoo everyone Lilly participated in an 8k fun walk this morning. I'm so proud of her for completing the walk.

Lilly, we ladies in pink :wink: can do :D Next time I'm going to sign you up for the 4k run :P :lol: :D

And don't stress so much about one bad day of eating hun. It was a special day today and counting points can go out the window for one day :P just get back into it tomorrow start afresh and no guilt ok!!!!!
Start weight - 77kgs
Goal weight - 53kgs
Current Weight - 50.1kgs
