Wow never thought of it like that...........over 10% of the way.
Another 900 grams this week, still a loss, not so great but I knew it was going to be slow cause I have been eating naughty this last week.
But as I said, a loss is a loss :)

Wow, you've already lost over 10 kilos this month. How are you finding your program?

It is a little struggle at the moment cause I have 3 weeks to leave my rental property cause the lease is up and not being renewed and I still haven't got anywhere to go. So I have returned to the bad habit of munching when stressed, hence why I think I only lost 900grm this week. Am really fighting to stay on track this week so hopefuly will be back up over the 1 kg next weigh in.

Although it could be all little from now on cause the woman yesterday told me that the most weight you can loose in 12 weeks is 18KG, and I have lost 10.4 in 3 weeks which means in 9 weeks I can only loose a max of 7.6...................got me wondering thats for sure.

How is the rental market in Tassie? Hope it's not anywhere near as bad down there as it is up here. It is stressful being between places.

I'd say you might just prove that woman wrong.

Girls another 2kg down this week so that is 12.4kg in exactly 1 month. OMG that is so awesome. Just realising I can do this is amazing. I am still yet to understand how some things work and some don't. I did ww for 23 weeks stuck to it like glue and lost 7 kg, yet this the weigh is falling off. People this week have started to notice my skinnier bum as well :) makes it even more worth the effort.

Hugs to you all, hope everyone is rocking on and dropping those kgs

*forgot to add, another 2cm off the waist so my waist is down from 151cm to 140cm :)*

Not sick of them yet, but I like all the flavours so I get 1 or 2 of each for the week, then I don't get bored with the same ones all the time.

That loss is amazing, NM. Congratulations! Hope you find a new place to rent soon. Moving house is always such a bugger of a time.
