A loss of 1.4kg to report this week. I don't know how that happened, I haven't been doing any dedicated exercise, just keeping active, but I guess it all counts. Plus I weighed in a day early, as we went down to Melbourne for the footy on the weekend. I don't expect a good result for the next weigh-in due to the big number I just got, combined with TTOTM.
Only 400g away from the next mini-goal, and I have now officially lost all of the weight (20kg) I gained last year, so I am a very happy girl!
