Ok as I said in my "Starting over again!!!!" I am starting a new thread with my "New Start".
I was originally going to have 1 shake a day for the next week but I have canned that idea after this morning feeling light headed at work..... So "healthy eating" here I come....
Sorry if I bore everyone but I am going to post here everyday what I eat so I feel accountable for my actions..... I don't know if I have felt yukky today as I have started eating carbs again after not having them for 5 weeks or if it is just cause of TTOM (which is unusual as the headache would normally have been yesterday not today)
Calorie King recommends I have 1480 calories and am going to work my way back to that figure. For the first couple of weeks my goal is 1200 calories to get my body used to them as I have been having between 750 and 880 calories a day..
BREAKFAST: 1 x shake
MORNING: large banana
LUNCH: wholemeal sandwich with a smear of flora light, slice of 97%FF chicken loaf, LF cheese slice, lettuce
DINNER: HomeMade chicken snitzel (oven baked), salsa, 30g LF cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, cucumber, 1/2 potato
Starting Weight: 94 kg (2 September 08)
Current Weight:93 kg
Goal Weight: 75 kg
1st goal is to lose 5 kg.... Reward Dye my hair!!!
