Thanks Holly and Opal... Was a bit naughty yesterday hope that it was just cause of having cereal for breaky and maybe not feeling full enough as I don't want EVIL Kaz to come back and sabotage me again...
Breaky: 40g light and tasty apricot cereal and 1/2 cup skim milk
Morning: skinny cappucino
Lunch: tomato cheese sandwich
afternoon: 40g light chive onion philly cheese
Tea: steak (crumbed) baked in oven, salsa, cheese, potato, lettuce, tomato, onion
Evening: 40g chive onion philly cheese
water: 2 1/2 lt
Exercise: 45min walk
After my walk my calories ended up again about 1250
Starting Weight: 94 kg (2 September 08)
Current Weight:93 kg
Goal Weight: 75 kg
1st goal is to lose 5 kg.... Reward Dye my hair!!!
