I don't sweat easily but I swear I sweat bucketloads with a spin/RPM class - and 45 mins is definitely enough!

milky oh the sweat was definately fallin!

Well considering my over indulgence on sunday, i'm happy to report i've lost a kilo!!

before i was 79.4 and now im 78.4!! i'm v happy. It means im definately in the 70s :) it must be all the exercise. I can't stress enough how good the gym has been for my weight loss.

tar, i know what u mean. I can be like on a bike for 10 mins and feel like oh i've done enough. Really have to force myself through the last 10 mins!

Exercise: yesterday: 45 mins machine cardio (bike, treadmill and x-trainer) 60 min fat burn class.
today: 30 mins cardio (machine) 30 mins intense strength (with PT).

Food: last night for dinner i had chicken curry (made healthy by mum) and a hot choc (on skim soy, jarrah 98% ff). today: museli bar when i got up, then after training i had cereal with elivae yoghurt and a cup of tea with skim milk. small soy flat white.

xx

hey girly that was quick :) thanks heaps im so happy. I don't lose big numbers much anymore, because i'm doing all the strength. My pt said she can really see my weight loss :)

i had to get up about 6:10am to be there by 7am, my pt session is at 7:30 but i need to do 30 mins cardio before. I only generally go in the morning if i have somehting on at night, like i'll go in anywhere between 5:45 - 6:30 pm on week nights and leave about 8pm (depending on if i do a class or not) without a class i only do about an hour of cardio.

thankyou my lovelly ladies for all your supportive and encouraging posts :)

Last night i had indian for dinner with some friends. Think i ate too much, but i'll just go to the gym extra this week to make up for it, I might try tonight or tomorrow night or both. I really really want that facial! (hehe).

Helen my love, isnt your heman hottie trainer enough of a reason to go?? hehehehe

Ok today i had porridge for brekky, skim milk tea, soy fw. Bannana for a snack, soup *i finally made* for lunch, once i try it heated up i shall post the recipe, the whole family is eating it though so it must be okay. I think it needs chilli though anyway! dinner will be healthy tonight and tomorrow because im eating at home! friday night immaking home made pizzas :) (healthy except the carb content is slightly high but we cant help some things!) might make that beautiful fritatta recipe for dinner tonight or tomorrow there's also a recipe for 'feta sausages' in the fernwood mag i want to try (low fat of course). so much food so little time :)

so the plan so far tonight i might do cycle class and tomorrow some other class, and fat burn and cycle on friday. Pump/pilates and swimming on saturday :) thats what im hopeing for anyway. Yesterday was my training, and monday was cardio/fat burn. Woohoo :P

ok will check on ya'lls threads now :) thanks for the support guys xxx

feta sausages? that sounds interesting...and yum! if you make it, you'll have to tell us how it goes!

you actually make me want to join a gym! i'm not a gym person really, but reading about all the classes you do & how much you enjoy them (spinning is the one class i LOVE!), really makes me think about re-joining a gym :D

wilma, the classes totally make me go. It just seems more fun then using a cardio machine the whole time. I still use the machines, but when i do a class i feel like the time goes wayyyyy faster then if im on the machine watching the clock ;) exercise totally rips the weight off me too. I couldnt really get past 83 properly by walking and eating right. I kind of would just plateau because i wasnt pushing myself enough.

Now that i'm going to the gym im exercising a lot harder and less self consciously, but there are a lot of people who hate the gym as well, my bf and bestmate both just like outdoor sports and jogging :)

You're doing so well, CC! Your diet sounds not only healthy but absolutely delicious. And I'm sure the Indian food won't hurt your weight loss at all this week. Think of it as calorie cycling!

Good on you and keep up the good work!
